Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with the original packaging and receipt. You can return items up to 90 days after the date we shipped your order, or 90 days after you made the purchase in-store. Shipping charges are often not refundable. Please remember we can't accept returns without prior authorization through Customer Care. The original payment method is needed to refund an item. If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a refund to a gift card.
